I had a wonderful time at this hotel, especially enjoying the clean pool and spacious rooms. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially when we faced a minor issue with our bathroom. Unfortunately, the shuttle service was unreliable on one of our nights, which was quite frustrating. Overall, it was a great stay with a lot to appreciate, but the shuttle hiccup left a bit of a sour note.
